Return and Exchange Policy

At Midnight, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet our customers’ expectations. Therefore, we would like to emphasize that all sales are final, and exchanges or returns are only allowed in the following cases:

1.A manufacturing defect in the product, such as a tear, hole, or any defect that affects its usability.

2.Receiving a product in the wrong size that differs from the size originally ordered by the customer.

If you encounter any of the above issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the problem. Once we review and approve your request, we will proceed with the exchange or return in accordance with our policies.

Please note that products that have been used, washed, or altered after receipt will not be eligible for exchange or return.
